baby romper dress

I started out with a jon jon pattern for this one. I put a dress front over the romper front and left off the front facing. I also made the crotch snap closing instead of sewn shut. I'm going to take the (slightly wonky) pocket off and put a white ruffle on it instead, needs more contrast.





For A Public Diet ~ To create that kitten diaper I used the Very Baby all-in-one baby diaper pattern and scaled it down. You can buy that at www.verybaby.com :) If you poke around the web there are oodles of free diaper patterns out there, I think the Wee Weka site has newborn sizes for free that would be simple to scale down.
